Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nodeon (the "Service"), including this website and any subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nodeon is a visual, AI-assisted application development platform. You create a map of an application as connected nodes, and the Service generates application code from that map.

Material on this site describes product capability. Features may evolve after launch.

Nodeon is a monthly recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel.

The Service opens on October 1, 2026. Nothing is charged before that date.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Price changes apply to future billing periods. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@nodeon.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You retain ownership of the maps, specifications, and other content you create using the Service. You grant Nodeon a limited licence to store and process that content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

Code produced by the Service is provided "as is". Nodeon runs automated compilation and specification checks on generated output, but those checks reduce error, they do not eliminate it, and no representation is made that generated code is free of defects.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and deploying any code you generate, and for its fitness for your particular purpose.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful material, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure, or to circumvent usage limits, billing, or build caps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and where the change materially affects active subscribers we will notify those subscribers by email.
