Refund Policy

Nodeon is not on sale before October 1, 2026, so nothing can be charged before that date. Billing begins when you start a subscription, and renews monthly from that day.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription stops renewing and access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded.

A charge that is clearly an error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge billed after a cancellation, is refunded in full. Contact hello@nodeon.app from, or quoting, the email address used at checkout.

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. They typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
